The branch Manager of one of the Zenith bank branches in Ekiti state was pictured bowing, kneeling and begging Ekiti State governor, Ayodele Fayose.
The manager knelt before the governor when a team from the bank went to pay a visit to the governor following media reports that the bank denied its involvement in the funding of his 2014 gubernatorial election.
When speaking with journalists, Fayose disclosed that the bank officials came to beg him over the issue he commetted.
He also said, They were begging me and that the matter should not go beyond this level.
Governor said, I asked them why they go to the EFCC to tell lies against me.
Question after, Why did they have to lie that money came from the Office of the National Security Adviser? If the money is for me why did they have to link with me what is not.
